I developed the 5D Method after 14 years of scaling organizations with employees ranging from 5 up to 100. And annual gross revenues ranging from $10M up $350M.

I help execs and their teams optimize the day-to-day processes in the business while developing and leading key projects on the business to drive growth.  


My process or "philosophy" is the 5 Dimensions (5D's) of a team or business. We'll audit each of these Dimensions in our initial meetings to then cater the approach that's right for you and your business. 

Dynamic Teamwork:

It's hard to stay focused on the 5 year plan or vision when the core business functions not documented or running smoothly. We must start here to identify the key functions, positions and roles in the business and any opportunities or risks with this current structure. 

  • From there we can begin foster a collaborative and supportive environment, both in personal relationships and professional teams. 
  • We must also constantly evolve to have effective communication, listening, and leadership skills to inspire and rally teams toward common goals. We will develop any necessary plans on how to recruit, train, retain, and empower your team.
  • What success meant for some clients: Helping a $10M business owner/CMO identify the specific role and hired her first Content Marketing Director to run their 3 person team. Helping a $25M health & wellness company identify the need for a Senior Project Manager,  which streamlined product dev and launches by 6 weeks and improved the quarterly rock success rate by 20%. 

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Next let's outline the key metrics (KPIs) for the team or business and ensure each metric has a clear owner. 

  • From there you can utilize strategic analysis to assess situations and optimize strategies for success. Feeling confident making informed decisions in both your personal and professional domains.
  • Sometimes this looks like “What is the projected ROI from this new marketing channel?” sometimes it’s “Does this matter to my customer now, or will this matter in a year?”

  • Website CRO strategies and workflows that have boosted AOVs and/or conversion rates by 7-20%. 
  • Funnel optimizations that allowed a gold coin seller to double their monthly ad spend to $65K with our client in just one month. 
  • Building and/or analyzing annual budget projections (my specialty with this is in the digital DTC, and CPG spaces). I've often helped these same owners or CMOs put together revenue projections for new products or testing new channels. 

Deep Connection (Spiritual or Interpersonal):

Once you have your business functions and key data points down, the vision comes back in.

  • Cultivating a sense of purpose and connection, whether it's through a strong mission statement that is integrated into day-to-day business decisions and interactions... 
  • AND through meditation, spiritual practices, and meaningful interpersonal relationships (both personal and professional).
  • What this might look like: Incorporating your vision & mission into quarterly rocks/OKRS that are documented for all to reference when prioritizing in the day-to-day. 

Discipline:

Now w're getting to my favorite: The grit - committing to daily habits and routines that foster personal and professional growth. Your business and/or team can't evolve unless you do. 

  • Developing the discipline to stay focused on long-term goals while navigating daily challenges.
  • Being honest about your superpowers and weaknesses. Trusting, delegating and releasing control. 
  • Inspiring your team to do the same.
